How to Change or Add Another Bank Account

Add another account from Funds or Settings → Bank and UPI. It must be in your own name and pass the ₹1 credit check. Withdrawals to a new account start after a short hold.

Prerequisites & Limits

  • The new account must be in your own name.

  • You have the option to add another account by making a one rupee verification deposit.

  • Withdrawals to a newly added account are held for 24 hours for security reasons.

Step-by-Step Navigation

  1. Sign in at mochatrade.com or download app and open Funds → Linked accounts → Add bank account (or Settings → Bank and UPI).

  2. Enter the IFSC and account number, then click Verify with a ₹1 credit.

  3. Click Use this account. To remove an old one, click Remove next to it in Settings → Bank and UPI.

Common Failures & Troubleshooting

  • New account rejected: It's not in your name, or the ₹1 credit failed. Check the details and try again.

  • Withdrawal shows as scheduled: New accounts have a hold before the first payout. You can cancel any time before it's sent.
