Forgot Your PIN or Can't Sign In?

There's no password on Mochatrade. To reset your 6-digit PIN, click Trouble signing in? and choose I forgot my PIN: we verify you with email and SMS codes, then you set a new PIN.

Prerequisites & Limits

  • Access to your registered email and mobile number.

  • Changing your PIN pauses withdrawals for 24 hours.

  1. On the sign-in page, click Trouble signing in?.

  2. Choose I forgot my PIN and enter your email and mobile number.

  3. Enter the codes we send to your email and your phone.

  4. Create a new 6-digit PIN, different from your old one.

Common Failures & Troubleshooting

  • No code received: Check spam and your network, then request again.

  • Lost your phone too: Choose I lost my phone first, then reset your PIN.

  • Withdrawal paused after a change: Withdrawals pause for 24 hours after you change your PIN. Try again after that.
